Product treatment
Everything you buy on my shop is completely handcrafted by me. To keep your piece intact for as long as possible, I recommend washing it by hand only. This will prolong the life of your garment many times over <3
if this is not possible, please treat your pieces carefully and don't wash them at more than 30 degrees celsius. also pay attention to what other items you wash it with. If included, remove (if possible!) any hardware from the product before washing it.

All you need to know about the shipping
Since this is a one woman brand some things take their time. I still want the products to reach you as quickly as possible, so you can expect them to be delivered within 3-7 business days.

CH: De Versand in de Schwiz isch gratis :) Falls du gern e tracking dezue hättisch muesch du das aber zahle.
The shipping within Switzerland is on me! It sucks to pay for the shipping. Because i want your product to arrive safely at your place there is the option to choose shipping + tracking. You will pay for the tracking.
Europe: The shipping within the rest of Europe also is on me I will only charge the tracking fee which is 10 CHF for each order.
There is also an option without tracking. I'm not liable for lost packages.

Can i return my order?
No, all purchases are final and cannot be returned. There are no refunds either.
